Used to be a great place after years of ordering, but it’s gone seriously downhill. I’m not usually someone who complains — I normally just take a bad experience on the chin and move on — but this really takes the bleep. Both the normal chips and cheesy chips were clearly reheated. The kebab meat was dry and stale, the chicken burger had no flavour, and the chicken strips were extremely dry. A child who ate the meal also had a sore tummy for a few hours afterwards, which was concerning. To top it off, I found a small black hair in my mouth after finishing my burger and have since come out in a rash. I tried to resolve it — phoned and got a rude, dismissive response, then followed up with a message which was ignored. A few orders ago the driver turned up without change and tried to say I’d get £3 back next time. It’s not about the £3, it’s the principle — I shouldn’t be covering that. He eventually went back to the shop and brought the correct change. Standards have clearly slipped and there’s no way they don’t know it. Won’t be ordering again.

Very bad waited 2 hours and the service was bad kids were crying and this was my second time where the order turn up 2 hours later I will not order from them anymore and won't let my family and friends to order from there

Waited 40 mins for takeaway when he rang 40 minutes before .i told him to take it back and I’ll get refund . He still turned up after that with it being in his car for 49 minutes . Why would I want cold food . And they still took money so waiting for bank to sort it . Absolute joke . Don’t bother I’ll won’t be using again EVER !!!!!!
